The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The location was great, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the room was well-maintained and offered a comfortable stay.
Noise from other guests kept us up at night. Despite signs asking for quiet hours, guests were allowed to socialize loudly in common areas late into the night.

This hotel's location is perfect for exploring the lively center of the city. It's situated down a quiet alley but very near to Thamel bazaar. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities are functional. The staff was helpful, and breakfast freshly made.

The staff at this hotel were nice and welcoming. They cheerfully helped me with planning my daily activities and made sure that my stay was comfortable. the ambience of the hotel was great. Lots of colourful flags and plants everywhere and it created a lively atmosphere. It's in a great neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, yet it's not noisy and chaotic.
The rooms were small and poorly maintained. the bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel's location near Thamel bazaar is perfect, offering proximity to the action while still being quiet. The hospitality from Susi and Bharat is exceptional, making guests feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the 4th-floor terrace is a great spot to relax. The hotel owners go above and beyond to assist with trip planning and ensure a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with good restaurants nearby and easy access to city highlights.

Located in a bustling area, the hotel is down quite a long alley and yet close to the live center. There are several restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance, making it a great base for exploration. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast is basic but fresh and adequate.
The hotel can be quite noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.
